What I hear is that goose feet are a favorite in Ukraine.
After figuring out how to convert and understand the russian recipe
(pictures and my russian speaking mother sure helped),
Millie Jane and I tackled it one afternoon.
Though we learned a lot of things we will do different next time-
like we need to use a course sugar I think-
Spencer and Daddy both agreed
that they were most agreeable.

goose feet . . . hmmm . . . sounds very interesting, but yummy. I've talked with mom and dad who say the sugar is similar to the raw cane sugar we have - that would be quite different.
maybe I can get you to share your recipe with me so I can try it out as well.
